Our Graduates.
Each year, eight graduates from universities across Gauteng are selected to participate in our 12-month Graduate Development Programme. Designed to nurture future industry leaders, the programme provides participants with structured rotational placements across our various business divisions, offering maximum exposure to all facets of the property industry.
Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and cross-functional learning opportunities, graduates gain a holistic understanding of the business while developing the skills and expertise needed to build successful careers in the sector. The programme has a strong track record of success, with 75% of graduates being retained and absorbed into the business upon completion, demonstrating our commitment to investing in and developing talent for the future.
