EPML was established in August 2017 as a Joint Venture between NICO Holdings plc (NHL) of Malawi NHL has been and Eris Property Group (Pty) Limited (EPG) of South Africa. NHL is a financial services organization established in 1965 with interests in the SADC region spanning insurance, pensions administration, banking, asset management and information systems. EPG is a property development and services group formed in 2008 and provides a range of commercial property skills in the South African and sub-Saharan African markets.
