Two new A-Grade offices are currently being developed by Eris Property Group in Accra Ghana setting a new benchmark for developments in the country. These two properties namely 335 Place and SU Tower offering first of its kind office buildings for Ghana are being developed at a combined cost of $83,2 Million.

These iconic developments were brought about by the demand for Grade “A” buildings by both international and local tenants particularly in 2013 which was at the height of strong macro-economic performance in Ghana and the West African Sub-Region.  This demand was the foundation on which the MAREF (Momentum Africa Real Estate Fund Fund) was premised. MAREF is an African commercial real estate development joint venture between Momentum Global Investment Management in London and Eris Property Group in South Africa. Both companies are fellow subsidiaries of MMI Holdings Limited.

335 Place is a 12-Level 9 985square meter office tower scheduled to open August 2018 and The SU Tower is a 12 835 square meter office tower scheduled to be completed in November 2018.

335 Place;
