Real estate development is considered to be one of the riskiest corporate activities there is due to the fact that the creation of real estate products is in many cases speculative therefore inherently risk and uncertainty are key elements of the development process.

Eris is able to provide a well-thought-out process driven approach to risk that encompassing all facets of the property development process - from conducting property development feasibilities, determining the highest best possible use of the site to identify profitable opportunities, understanding the property market cycles, conducting market research & due diligences and engaging the property development team to orchestrate and facilitate the entire development process from inception to delivery.
